I don’t have “the answer.” I have these practices. They may be stepping stones on your path to wholeness. They may be worth exploring. They may not. All I can do is give you the practices I have gathered on my exploration of the body with my teachers and through my lived experiences. These practices can take you into your body with compassion and a gentle kindness. They must be cultivated and seen to over and over again like a sacred garden.

A session is participant led. They can opt out or into each movement as they feel ready or not ready to engage. We, together, are creating a safer place where we are free to move.

A session might involve nervous system regulation, meditative movements, yoga asanas, breathing techniques, somatic meditations and some organ, muscular or skeletal awareness.

All movement is dependent on the client’s capacity.
